30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely happy with your tea, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Please note: because tea is a food product, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products. If you have opened a product and are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us — we handle quality issues on a case-by-case basis and are committed to making things right.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we have processed the refund, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For returns due to a quality issue, incorrect item, or damaged delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photograph of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tea products (except where a quality issue is present).
- Items purchased more than 30 days before the return request.
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
