Domestic Shipping

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12pm (noon) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of the order being placed.

Please Note International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal service delays, or peak periods such as holidays. We have no control over customs processing times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Packaging

All orders are packed in fully recyclable, resealable pouches and shipping materials. We take care to ensure that loose leaf teas arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the tea from light, moisture, and air during transit.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 additional business days before reporting an order as lost, as occasional delays can occur.
